Review alternatives

This project reviewed the alternatives for a major Northwest utility’s regulated and unregulated power trading. The project included assessing market software in the areas of functionality, technical architectures, client base and implementation histories. Various “solution sets” were presented to the Steering Committee together with assessments of implementation timeframes, costs, risks and mitigation strategies
